Improving Lower Half Mechanics and Separation

In this video I talk about the key points I look for in lower half movement patterns, as well as hip/shoulder separation.

Key Points:

  • Externally rotate back hip to engage glutes

  • “Screw” foot into ground

  • Think spread the floor

  • Work on thoracic spine mobility to improve separation
